The Buda Reformed Church stands on the bank of the
Duna river with the
Matthias Church on the hillside above.
The church was designed by Samu Pecz and
is inspired by 19th century Neogothic architectural style.
The layout of the church is based on a pentagonal shape which is
accented by beautiful Zsolnay roof tiles.
